Founded and incorporated in 2014, Choice Business Funding LLC was created to support small and medium-sized businesses to get the funding they need without all the hassles. David Fox
David Fox, our founder, has over 20 years of experience as a small business owner himself and understands the trials and tribulations of the small and medium-size business owners. He has been in your shoes and can offer you his experience and knowledge of the alternative funding marketplace to get you the best deal possible. He most recently was a Financial Advisor for The Business Backer, where he secured funding of more than $3 million dollars for his clients.
Prior to The Business Backer, he was President of Tri-State Jobbing, Co, dba Fox’s Clothing, where he expanded and became the premier school uniform store in Cincinnati. He was responsible for doubling revenue from 2005 to 2012. Prior to returning to Cincinnati, he spent several years as a Technical Sale Representative with Digital Equipment where he was responsible for the sale of Ultrix/Unix-based servers and workstations to the automobile industry, including Ford Chrysler, and GM.
Mr. Fox has a BA with a major in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
Nicole Williams
Nicole Williams has been actively involved in business development and capital raising in the private sector for the past 20-years. Most recently she served as Vice President of Underwriting at The Business Backer. During her tenure, she oversaw the underwriting and risk management functions giving small businesses across the United States access to working capital lines of credit. Funding to small businesses grew from $1.5 million per month to over $5 million per month during the same period.
Prior to The Business Backer, she was Director of the Phillips Edison-ARC Shopping Center REIT, a $1.5 billion real estate fund to build a portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers. She also managed new investor relationships for a previous fund at Phillips Edison where she set up over 100 meetings with institutional investors across the United States, which led to the negotiation of a $50 million joint venture with CBRE Global Multi-Manager, a multi-billion dollar investment manager.
Ms. Williams has her BA in Economics from Hollins University, MBA from Rice University, and her certificate in Grant Writing from Emory University.
